A secluded escape with Private Pool and Chef .

A private house located just off the main Diani Beach Road, close to both the Diamonds Golf Club Hotel and the Diani Beach Hospital. The house is just a short walk to the northern end of the beautiful Diani Beach. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - Chef , Fibre internet , StarLink Internet , Full DSTV, Extensive IPTV ,Laundry. Unlike some listings for Diani beach the whole place is yours you will not be sharing with any one else so complete privacy is guaranteed. The property consists of three buildings. The main house is a large single level open plan bungalow, which has two large bedrooms (one of which is fitted with AC with a separate electric meter charged @ 40 KSH a KWH ) one with a king size bed and the other with two singles each with there own bathrooms. There is a spacious open plan dining and living area with TV and full DSTV,and IPTV ,that opens out onto the mature garden. The three sofas in the living area can also be used as single beds and there are hooks in the ceiling for mosquito nets if need be. The second smaller house was built taking inspiration from the Swahili Lamu style and has two double rooms on the ground floor with queen size beds and a bathroom on the ground floor (both are fitted with AC with a separate electric meter charged @ 40 KSH a KWH ) , Another double bed can be found upstairs in an open landing area, which leads out onto a small living area on the veranda. The third house by the pool (casita) has a Double king size bed with an on suite bathroom. The whole property is covered by a 24 hour solar batery back up so no power cuts !!! however the AC is still powered from the grid and when there is a power cut the AC will not run , dont wory the lights and fans will still work. Out side by the pool is where you will probably spend much of your time. There is a large out door covered living area with three Lamu beds and a gazebo with a double Funzi hammock. We also have a dedicated massage room with a massage bed and our staff will happily arrange for a local masseuse to visit, whether to give a relaxing massge or a tougher one to work away any knots! Fair payment for the masseuse negotiated and made by yourself in cash. The whole property is covered by a mesh wifi network connected to Fibre optic internet , so good speeds can be expected should you need to work from "Home" or watch your favourite streaming service on the smart TV. It's all yours.. "me casa, tu casa" .. from the three houses to the massage room next to the pool! Put your feet up and relax... your home. Unfortunately due to work commitments I will not always be there to show you around. Don't worry, there will always be a member of staff on the property to look after you and the house manager can be contacted 24/7. The Chef works an 8-5 day ,he normally prepares breakfast and lunch ,and can make dinner to be warmed up later if needed , the guest buys the food and he cooks it , for a small fee he can stay later to prepare fresh dinners. The house is located in a very quite neighbourhood next to the Kia Forrest. Peaceful and calm at night with a constant breeze rustling through the trees. It can actually be cooler than some of the front row beach properties. We see a variety of wild birds drinking from the pool in the mornings and monkeys are regular visitors to the garden (though no baboons). We are also fortunate to host a family of the endangered Colobus monkeys every now and again. Our house keeper has a list of recommended taxi drivers; whether BudaBudas, which are local motorcycle taxis, TukTuks or regular taxi cars. If you have driven to Diani there is plenty of parking space on the drive . We have two beautiful dogs (Fisi and Bendy) that live on the property. Although quite big they are as soft as snow at heart and are mainly there to bark at the gate and to keep the monkeys out of the kitchen, Under NO circumstances will they be tied up or chained, they live on the property ,we have never had a problem with them and guests , if your afraid of dogs or don't like dogs then this is not the property for you. If you are bringing your own pets please be aware they are your responsibility , if they don't get along with the resident pets we have here then there is nothing we can do about it ,we do NOT allow pets in the bed rooms and the beds ! There is also a 24/7 alarmed security response service as well as an after hours security escort service should you return home from a big night out in the early hours... it's a free service!
